Idaho Insurance law states that no insurance policy covering liability will be delivered in the state unless coverage is provided for uninsured motorist in the limits required by law. However, the named insured shall have the right to reject such coverage, which rejection must be in writing. This is a very important coverage providing state required limits to you in case you have bodily injuries due to an uninsured motorist.
