Indiana Auto Insurance

Automobile Insurance is required by law in the State of Indiana

Minimum liability limits are:
Bodily Injury Insurance - split limit - 25000 per injured person  limit / 50000 per accident limit
Property Damage Insurance - 1000 per accident

Each newly written Indiana auto liability policy must include uninsured and underinsured motorist’s coverage unless you reject this in writing. The uninsured and underinsured motorists coverage allows you to collect these damages from your own insurance company. The minimum insurance limits for uninsured and underinsured motorist’s coverage is 

  • Uninsured Motorists: Bodily Injury: $25,000/$50,000
  • Property Damage: $10,000
  • Under insured Motorists: Bodily Injury: $50,000
