Proof of financial responsibility may be shown by any of the following methods or means;

  • By posting a $75,000 surety bond with a company authorized by the State of Nebraska
  • A Cash Bond in the amount of $75,000.00 furnished by certified check, bank draft, or money order deposited with the State of Nebraska.
