Proof of financial responsibility may be
shown by any of the following methods or means;
- By posting a $75,000 surety bond with a
company authorized by the State of Nebraska
- A Cash Bond in the amount of $75,000.00 furnished by certified check,
bank draft, or money order deposited with the State of Nebraska.

- A certificate of insurance from any auto
insurance company licensed to sell car insurance in the State of Nebraska
that carries the minimum liability limits of the State of Nebraska. For
