New Jersey Auto Insurance

Auto insurance is mandatory in New Jersey.

The Automobile Insurance Cost Reduction Act mandated that a basic policy be available to all drivers. This basic policy is not suitable for everyone however and does carry with it meaningful risks including paying out of pocket and future wages for the pain, suffering, other personal hardships and economic damages, such as lost wages, that you cause.
