Wyoming Auto Insurance

The State of Wyoming has a mandatory auto insurance law. 

Wyoming’s mandatory auto liability insurance law requires that anyone driving a motor vehicle satisfy the state’s financial responsibility limits. These limits may be satisfied one of three ways;

A  surety bond.

A Certificate of Deposit of money or securities in the amount of $25,000, deposited with the State Treasurer.

The purchase of an automobile liability insurance policy with the following minimum limits;
Bodily Injury Insurance - split limit - 25000 per injured person  limit / 50000 per accident limit
Property Damage Insurance - 20000 per accident
